Change the "90% of resources" for a REAL percentua

Antonio,

I think it would be great if you can do this for FW/FWH, because When I have problems with decreasing resources, I have no idea where to see in which percentual it is, and on Win XP the FWH always returns 90%.

As easy as run your application, then run dpus.exe and make click on your application window:

though it seems that the reported information is not very reliable.
