Ribbonbar on w7 and 10

I have problem to show ribbonbar on Win 7 and \0 because the colors are not the same of winword office

I wish change the color of button and the tab
when I select a tab not see clear the text on the tab
I use : FiveWin for Harbour August 2020 (Revision) - Harbour 3.2.0dev (r1712141320) - Bcc7.30 - xMate ver. 1.15.3 - PellesC
