Themas do Windows ?

Bom Dia,
É possivel colocar Themas ou Skin em um Sistema em FwH diferente do Thema do Windows em uso ?
Tipo:
Usar o Win98 e rodar nele um Sistema em FwH com o Thema ou Skin do XP ?

I saw these controls few months ago, but I never had idea how set it up.

I found some free ActiveX for skining but I got stuck in the sintaxis.

FWH's ActiveX skill not easy than VB or VC++ or any develop tools.
I don't know why FWH very hard.

I hey learned but with clipper fivewin and now with FWH
But of VB or VC + + nothing at all hey learned
I found one page with files ActiveX and some are
Freeware
