I wonder if there is something that can magically transform a normal app in a "DPI aware" app, whatever it means.

Maybe you can explain a little about what you want it to do.
Normal windows in Windows software already adapt to screen size. Are you looking for something specific that is not working the way the customer wants? If, so please describe it.

Essentially, changing the DPI results in characters blur with FWH apps but not, as an example, with Excel.
