ERROR WITH SAYIMAGE on PRN

on windows seven run all i can use a png file and insert a transparent image on order
oPrn:SayImage(nLTop,nLLef,cLogo,nLWid,nLHei, , , 120, )
120 is the number for trasparency value
on win xp I have problems
if I use PNG it make a crash ( gpf) , if i insert a jpg run but then I cannot have a transparent image
ANY solution ???
