Multiple Monitor Support in FWH

Is it possible to extend FWH that e.g. a FWH Dialog window will shown optionally on another monitor as the FWH app?

Maybe this helps for include this feature:

Multiple Display Monitors
Dual / Multiple Monitor Support in Win32
Multi-Monitor Programming
