New tSim class

Hi all,

I have almost finished a new class that manage a sim of an smartphone.

With this class , fwppc application will be able of:

- Reading/Writting/Deleting SIM phone book.
- Reading/Writing/Deleting SIM sms messages.
- Reading/Writing/Deleting SIM files in differents sim storages.
- View/Set/Get some SIM capabilities (depending on phone provider).

As I am testing it on a HTC Touch 3G (Jade) with WM6.1 I should ask you to be a beta tester of this class.

I need to know how it works on smartphones with WM5, WM6 and 2003.

Once all are working ok I will give this class to Harbour/FWPPc community,

Next step will be TAPI (phone class management).

(Note: this work is done on my free time so it is possible that it'll take some time to finish).
