Very Odd problem

Post by hag »

never saw this problem now it happened twice.

When a user wants to copy the files in my app we use the old 16 bit pkzip. Have been using it for at least 10
years.

Now two users got an error message can't open file due to a missing or corrupt symantec file s32evnt1.dll. Neither user was using symantec or norton. We created a file for symantec put a copy of the s32evnt1.dll in the file and it fixed the problem.

This is odd anbody have an idea on what may be happening. And a potential fix.

Thanks
Thank you
