how to identify the position of keyboard icon?

Dear Silvio,
how are you?
I used two different version of windows mobile:
in the first i found the keyboard icon in the bottom left
in the second the keyboard icon is in bottom center.
So, I think that the position is stored in windows register, can anyone confirm?
For to use all the screen I need to move the object under the keyboard icon.
Exist any function for to know the position?

Workaround:
For now, the user declare the position into the ini file.
