Android and/y Visual Studio Community (VSC)

Is there someone that has programmed an Android app and that has or can install VSC (Visual Studio Community) ?

I need help with the forms (windows/dialogs) designer that has been implemented in VSC. I can't figure out how to use the "layouts".
