error compiling tcbfunc.c with VC++ express 2010

Compiling tcbfunc.c with a 2.1rc1 harbour and hbmk2 I get the errors below.
I tried with cl alone using the ones in buildm.bat it doesn't work also.
I need to do a small local change.

What are the right parameters to use?
