Indexar ficheros

Como puedo abrir un fichero con un ficheros de indices asociado.
Por ejemplo el fichero clientes tiene un indice asociado, llamado clientes.ntx

como puedo abrir el fichero clientes y que me asocie el indice automaticamente.
