Dear Antonio,

I will buy a PPC for testing but I'm not quite sure the model and CPU type that will suitable with FWPPC.

- HP model or O2 XDA II or ?
- XScale or OMAP or ?
- WLan (WiFi) for Window Server 2003 connection by 801.11b or 802.11b or ?

Thank you very much if I can get an answer today.

Best regards,
Dutch

Dutch,

We use HP here, but you can choose any Pocket PC that uses the intel xscale processor or compatible. 64 MBs memory is ok but 128 MBs is much better. Windows Mobile 2005 runs slowly with 64 MBs.

If you have the chance to test an application on it (just inserting a SD memory card with the test) then you may be sure it will be ok.

How about WLan between 801.11b and 802.11b?

Dutch

These are wifi concerns

802.11b is the mot recent

Anyway make sure it is a "POCKET PC" not a plam, including windows microsoft and better 128 mb memory

Acer has excellent pda's also or Dell or Hp. I personnally use a HP Ipaq 6515.

Dutch,

Yes

If you are going to need RLock() then you need WM 2005. WM 2003 is little lighter and faster.

There is a WM 2005 image for the emulator, so you can see the difference for yourself.
