Yes. Thats it. Your implementation is quite elaborate and complete.

I made a simple implementation only to provide the title. It is the same SendMessage function.

If FWH implements your proposal, it would be nice.

I use your some solutions(Folder within ICON,Title+icon of Tooltip) very nice. Good job.
