Tools to speed development

Dear friends, I come across this request to friends some information as reported below:
Does anyone have a tool developed by themselves or by third parties to expedite the
CLIPPER conversion programs for FWH?
Examples:
- From DBF files'S create a registry standard;
- Create various reports, etc ...
- Data Dictionary
In short, I need something to speed up my process of converting programs, generation of
reports quickly, etc ...
