FWH - subversion repository

Post by Antonio Linares »

We have set a web based FWH subversion repository.

We wonder if FWH users may be interested to have access to it :-)
Your comments are welcome :-)

Also, if you are interested in use a subversion repository on a shared internet hosting (we use bluehost) we will explain you the way to set it up :-)

This way you can have a full control over the development (changes, different versions, etc.) of your applications :-)

A hosting with SSH support is required, also some adjustments are required to get WebSVN properly working. We needed some days to get it fully operative :-)

Of course, the web based repository is totally private, as a login and password is required to use it. The great advantage of a web based repository is that you can access to your full source code from anywhere :-) Alternatively you can just install it on a private intranet.

Both SVN and WebSVN are totally free and open source.
