A while ago I tried to use Pelles C as a resource editor, but it completely corrupted by rc file that was created by Borland Workshop. Is there a way of converting rc files created by BW to other editors?

Best regards,

Pete

I don't think you can download it from somewhere as it was a commercial product.

It's an older product (Borland C++ 5.02 1997). Anyway, try Borland website (or Embarcadero).
