Great! Then even Windows Vista is able to run 16 bit app? And is there a command line console?

Hello!

BTW, RC1 is now available (build 5600-16384)

IMHO this was never questionable for 32-bit Vista! On the other hand, 64-bit versions of Windows (x64) do not run 16-bit programs ...

Vista RC1 seems to work fine, though still it is sensibly slower than XP.
