Re: Use of "(" ")" in the indexkey

Yes, I do it for many years. I use DBFNTX and xHarbour. Here an example aKey := {"Kunde+Konto+DTOS(Datum)+STR(Nummer)" ,; "1" "DTOS(Datum)+STR(Nummer)" ,; // "2" "Konto+DTOS(Datum)+STR(Nummer)" ,; // "3" "STR(Nummer,6,0)+DTOS(Datum)&qu...

Re: What about FWH 13.10 and 13.11?

Two or three updates per year would be enough really. Who installs every month Fivewin update and has the time to test all changes to compatibility with its own programs?

Re: Winword and OLE

Hello Enrico, sorry, but your code only checks the first frame with me. your first oRng := oDoc:StoryRanges[wdTextFrameStory] returns in oRng:Text only the content of the first frame, not of the others. And if cSrc is not in oRng:Text, then "AT(cSrc,cRng:Text) > 0" is false and the functio...

Re: Winword and OLE

Hallo Enrico,

thanks. Your sample works, but furthermore only in the first frame of a document.

Is there a way to scan all frames of a document and replace something?

Re: Winword and OLE

Thank you Enrico, but 'oDoc:StoryRanges[ 5 ]:Text' allways returns the content of the first frame (I still have other frames in my letter) and oDoc:StoryRanges[ 1 ]:ShapeRange[ i ]:TextFrame:TextRange:Text get an error Word.Application:DOCUMENTS:OPEN:STORYRANGES:ITEM:SHAPERANGE:ITEM:TEXTFRAME 0003 D...

Re: Winword and OLE

I want to replace adress data in a frame of a Winword letter.

"Wordreplace" unfortunately doesn't replace words in a frame.

I have in my Word-document a frame for the address data, e.g.

@Name
@Street
etc.

How can I get the content of the frame to replace it?

Thanks

Re: error in five DBU

Hallo Antonio,

starting the new FiveDbu, I get a messsage from Norton 360 / 6.2 insight sonar "Suppicous.Cloud.5" and FiveDbu.Exe is removed.

When reaktivating FiveDbu.Exe and ignoring the Norton-sonar-message, it works well now.

Thank you and regards

Suspicious.Cloud.5

Starting a FiveWin programm, sometimes I get a messsage from Norton 360 / 6.2 insight "Suppicous.Cloud.5" and the Exe is removed.

Does somebody have similar experiences? The risk is estimated by Norton as "high".
