I use AnsitoOem on reading and OemtoAnsi on display and still get weird characters. Probably something simple but got me stumped.

How does one store and then display characters like ô in DBF files?????

By the Way, I am reading this in from a txt file on disk.

Use SET SCOPE its faster and you can use ranges.

Yes, James I have used them in the past. Also a class for expanding screens when the display size changes fro 800x600 to any larger size would be a bonus....

I have the source for V5 but do not know how or what to change. The C files are what is the problem.

Anyone using TER with Fivewin/(x)Harbour. TER is a Rich Text Editing Library by Subsystems.

If so could you please supply a sample of how you are using this library.

Is anyone saving the rich text file data to memos? Or is there a better control to you to format text in memos?
